The Global Ambassador is a luxury hotel experience in the Phoenix area, recognized for Michelin keys and world-class dining. We are seeking a guest-focused team member to greet visitors, assist with parking, and provide local recommendations in a fast-paced environment.

As part of our front desk/concierge team, you will be the first impression for guests, maintain a professional appearance, and support a seamless arrival and departure experience while upholding safety and service standards.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Responsible and safety-focused.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends, nights and holidays.
• Professional demeanor and uniform.
• Physical ability to drive vehicles and lift luggage.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first impression of The Global Ambassador.
• Ensure guests have a memorable experience by answering questions and parking/retrieving vehicles.
• Opportunity for casual conversations that provide hotel and local recommendations.
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal communication skill.
• Physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
