Highgate Hotels in New Orleans seeks a courteous Valet Attendant to warmly welcome guests, assist with luggage, park and retrieve cars, and guide guests to front desk.

The role requires a High School diploma, a valid driver's license, and at least two years of driving experience. You will operate with safety, professionalism, and confidentiality, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience for guests.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license for the applicable state.
• At least two years driving experience preferred.
• Ability to stand during entire shift.
• Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly at hotel entrance and assist with luggage.
• Open doors for guests and direct them to front desk or other areas as needed.
• Greet arriving vehicles and park/retrieve cars according to procedures.
• Keep porte cochere clean and safe; monitor traffic and report hazards.
• Respond to guest requests and complaints professionally and diplomatically.
