Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Minneapolis seeks a dependable Valet Attendant to welcome guests, park and retrieve vehicles, and support front desk operations. You will assist with luggage, provide local information, and ensure a smooth arrival and departure experience in a luxury hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Valet is required.
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to drive all types of vehicles, including manual.
• Must be at least 18 years old and pass a background check.
• Ability to work outdoors for much of the shift and stay mobile.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival and assist with the arrival experience.
• Retrieve valet cars and assist with luggage and departure experience.
• Issue valet parking tickets as needed.
• Escort guests to Front Desk for check-in and assist with luggage.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests.
• Drive guests to destinations within a 3 mile radius as part of House Car program.
• Maintain courteous, professional demeanor at all times.
