Job summary

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Baltimore is seeking a Valet Parking Attendant. Greet guests, open doors, and assist with car arrival/departure, while issuing tickets and guiding valet operations. You will aid guests with luggage, escort them to rooms or the Front Desk, and share local city information.

Requirements include a valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean record and the ability to drive manual and automatic transmissions.

Qualifications

• Must have work authorization in the United States.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Experience driving both manual and automatic transmission.
• Previous experience in guest-oriented, fast-paced environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests arriving by opening car doors and welcoming them, issuing valet tickets and assisting with parking.
• Escort guests to the Front Desk or rooms and help with luggage as needed.
• Direct traffic on drive, guide taxis, and direct valet parkers to available spaces.
• Provide guests with directions, local city information and recommendations.
• Handle guest inquiries with hospitality and professionalism; resolve complaints and coordinate with other hotel departments.
