Job summary

Davidson Hospitality Group's Grand Bohemian Charleston, Autograph Collection, is seeking a Steward to help maintain a clean and organized kitchen and to support the culinary team with washing dishes and equipment.

The role requires the ability to lift 25+ pounds, stand for long periods, and to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays, all within a luxury, art-inspired setting in Charleston's historic district.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Steward or in a similar role preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Ability to lift 25+ pounds and stand for long periods.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support the culinary team by washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dishwashing area
• Assist with food preparation and plating as needed
• Ensure the proper handling and storage of food and supplies
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow
