Job summary

Davidson Hospitality Group seeks a Steward for Grand Bohemian Mountain Brook in the Birmingham area to support the kitchen by washing dishes and keeping areas clean. You will assist with food prep and plating, ensuring safe storage and handling of food and supplies while upholding sanitation standards.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, able to multitask in a fast-paced setting, and able to lift 25+ pounds. Flexible hours including weekends and holidays are required to meet service needs.
