Grand Bohemian Charleston, Autograph Collection, a luxury boutique hotel in Charleston's historic district, is seeking a Line Cook to join our culinary team and craft visually stunning, flavorful dishes.

You will prepare a variety of dishes, collaborate on menu items, maintain kitchen cleanliness, ensure food quality, follow recipes, and adhere to safety standards in a fast-paced environment. Experience preferred; strong teamwork encouraged.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of culinary techniques and ingredients.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Willingness to learn and take direction from senior chefs.
