The role requires 3+ years in a leadership kitchen role, supervising 15+ staff, and strong knowledge of menu execution and food safety. Weekend, holiday, and event availability is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as Sous Chef or similar culinary leadership in luxury hotel or high-volume environment.
• Experience supervising a team of 15+ staff.
• Experience using scheduling, inventory, and hotel management systems.
• Formal culinary training required; culinary degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assist in all kitchen operations for banquets, restaurants, room service, and special events.
• Lead, mentor, train, and develop culinary team members to maintain luxury standards.
• Ensure all dishes meet recipes, quality, and presentation guidelines.
• Collaborate on menu planning, seasonal offerings, and recipe development.
