Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic food operations.

Responsibilities

• Take and deliver food and beverage orders to guests and ensure prompt delivery.
• Enter orders into the computer system to request food preparation.
• Observe guests and respond to additional service needs.
• Prepare checks and deliver them to guests when finished.
• Maintain station cleanliness and reset throughout shift.
• Follow cash, card, and room charge procedures and check controls.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
