Job summary

Pendry Newport Beach is seeking a Server to deliver exceptional food and beverage service in a luxury hotel setting. You will guide guests through menu selections, address dietary needs, take accurate orders, and ensure timely service while maintaining high standards of hospitality.

Responsibilities include guest engagement, upselling, and collaboration with kitchen and service teams. A strong emphasis on teamwork, professionalism, and guest satisfaction is required.

Qualifications

• One year minimum of experience in food and beverage operations.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Luxury hotel experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food and beverages are served in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist guests with menu selections and dietary questions.
• Take orders accurately and communicate modifications to the kitchen.
• Anticipate guest needs, refill drinks, clear plates, and offer desserts.
• Promote menu items and upsell to enhance the dining experience.
• Adhere to cleaning and safety standards, attend pre-shift meetings.
