Montage International’s Pendry Hotels in Newport Beach are seeking a Brunch Server (Part-time) to deliver exceptional food and beverage service. You will assist guests with menu selections, handle orders accurately, and ensure professional, timely service in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

• One year minimum of experience in food and beverage operations.
• Prior Micros or other systems experience.
• Luxury hotel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food and beverages are served professionally and in a timely manner.
• Assist guests with menu selections and dietary questions.
• Take orders accurately and relay modifications to the kitchen.
• Anticipate guest needs and offer desserts or coffee.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction.
• Promote items and specials to guests to boost sales.
• Adhere to cleaning and safety standards.
• Attend daily pre-shift meetings.
• Follow the service sequence with attention to detail.
• Deliver WOW moments and assist with additional duties as needed.
