Job summary
Montage Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Cocktail Server for Pendry in Newport Beach. You will engage guests, guide them through our menu with expert knowledge, and upsell to enhance the guest experience in a luxurious setting.

Qualifications
- One year minimum of experience in food and beverage operations.
- Luxury hotel experience is a plus.
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to collaborate in a team environment.
- Prior Micros or other systems experience.
Responsibilities
- Engage with guests, listen to their wants, and make cocktail recommendations based on their desires
- Guide guests through the menu with expert knowledge and upselling techniques
- Consistently follow the food & beverage sequence of service with attention to detail
- Collaborate with bartenders and fellow associates in a positive and respectful manner
- Maintain lounge area and table cleanliness to address spills or debris promptly
- Adhere to state liquor service regulations
- Deliver on guests’ expectations and create WOW moments
- Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs
