Job summary

Four Seasons in Atlanta seeks a courteous server assistant to support the dining team. You will assist food servers with the serving of food, set-up and clearing of china, glass, and silver, and attend to guest needs and requests with a smile.

Qualifications

• Education: High school education or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum one year food service or related work.
• Skills: Ability to carry and balance a tray.

Responsibilities

• Stock linen, china, silver and glassware for service and keep items polished.
• Greet guests professionally and serve beverages and food, explaining contents.
• Prepare condiment and garnish items as needed.
• Assist with guest service including retrieving and transporting food to tables and coordinating with servers.
• Breakdown, clean and set up tables, buffets, and stations.
• Follow company rules and work harmoniously with coworkers.
