Four Seasons is seeking an experienced Security Director for our Manhattan property. You will lead all security operations, manage crisis response, and ensure privacy and safety standards for a luxury hospitality environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating with local authorities, overseeing access controls and CCTV, and driving continuous improvements in safety culture across the property.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years progressive leadership in hotel or resort security.
• At least 3 years in a director-level role.
• Experience in luxury or ultra-luxury hospitality environments.
• Knowledge of local security laws and crisis procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee internal and external access control, CCTV, and incident response.
• Develop and implement emergency response and crisis plans.
• Ensure compliance with local safety laws and fire codes.
• Collaborate with authorities and cross-functional leaders on safety.
• Lead safety initiatives and maintain discretion in all operations.
