Job summary

Hilton’s Conrad New York Downtown is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join the Sales Team in Lower Manhattan. You’ll support sales operations, assist with contracts, proposals, and RFPs, and help build a robust pipeline with unmanaged and prospect accounts.

You’ll collaborate with Hilton Worldwide Sales peers and hotel partners to deliver tailored solutions and participate in meetings and events to drive new business and memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support including data entry, invoice distribution, Salesforce activity tracking, and recordkeeping to ensure efficient team operations
• Assist with preparing contracts, proposals, RFP responses, client call summaries, and booking and loyalty reports
• Research, identify, and evaluate unmanaged and prospect accounts to build and maintain a qualified pipeline
• Partner with Hilton Worldwide Sales peers, customers, and hotel partners to identify and qualify new opportunities, conduct discovery calls, and deliver tailored solutions
• Support departmental initiatives, customer engagement activities, and participation in meetings and conferences as needed
