Grand Hotel Golf Resort & Spa, Autograph Collection in Point Clear, Alabama, is seeking a dedicated Room Attendant (Housekeeper). You will maintain the cleanliness and overall presentation of guest rooms, ensuring guests experience utmost hospitality and comfort.

Responsibilities include cleaning rooms to high standards, changing linens, disinfecting bathrooms, inspecting rooms, and restocking supplies. This role supports turnover efficiency and guest satisfaction at a premier Autograph

Formación

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms to the Grand Hotel standards.
• Turnover efficiency: recheck rooms at departure times and inform supervisor.

Responsabilidades

• Clean and maintain guest rooms to the highest standards.
• Bed linens and towels changed regularly.
• Bathroom cleaning and disinfection; replenishing toiletries.
• Inspect rooms for cleanliness and report discrepancies to Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Remove trash and report missing or damaged items.
• Prepare rollaway beds on request; organize and tidy rooms.
• Restock housekeeping carts with linens and supplies.
• Follow Lost & Found procedures for found items.
• Ensure room turnover is efficient and ready for next guest.
