Responsibilities

• Public Space Inspection: Inspect all public areas and address cleanliness or maintenance issues promptly.
• Lobby & Restroom Cleaning: Clean, sanitize, and replenish lobby and conference center restrooms.
• Surface Cleaning: Dust and wipe all surfaces, fixtures, and furnishings.
• Trash Removal: Empty and clean public-space trash receptacles regularly.
• Floor Care: Vacuum, sweep, and mop lobby and conference center floors.
• Safety Monitoring: Identify safety hazards and report or resolve issues.
• Equipment Maintenance: Inspect cleaning equipment and report malfunctions.
• Guest Interaction: Maintain a professional, courteous demeanor with guests.
• Furniture & Décor Arrangement: Arrange lobby and conference center furniture for appeal.
• Restroom Supplies: Replenish soap, towels, and toilet paper as needed.
• Team Collaboration: Work with housekeeping staff to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify areas to enhance guest experiences.
