Job summary

Grand Hotel Golf Resort & Spa, Autograph Collection, located on Alabama's Gulf Coast, is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain pristine guest rooms and uphold the Grand's standards of hospitality.

Responsibilities include cleaning and maintaining rooms, changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, inspecting rooms, reporting discrepancies, and restocking carts to support a smooth shift. Benefits included.

Responsibilities

• Clean & Maintain Guest Rooms: Clean and maintain all assigned rooms to the highest standards.
• Bed Linen & Towels: Change bed linens and towels regularly following brand standards.
• Bathroom Cleaning: Thoroughly clean and disinfect bathrooms, restocking toiletries.
• Room Inspection: Visually inspect rooms and report discrepancies to Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Trash Removal & Item Reporting: Collect trash and report missing/damaged items.
• Room Setup: Prepare rollaway beds on request and check under beds.
• Cart Restocking: Replenish housekeeping carts with linens and supplies.
• Lost & Found: Report and handle lost and found items per policy.
• Turnover Efficiency: Recheck rooms and inform supervisor of readiness.
