Job summary

HHM Hotels seeks a Room Attendant in Tampa to clean guest rooms to standard, greet guests warmly, and replenish amenities. The role requires follow-through on maintenance requests and safety guidelines while delivering excellent guest experiences.

The position supports flexible hours, with duties during peak times and holidays as needed. Experience in housekeeping and English communication are preferred to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience required or equivalent training.
• Understand and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm, friendly greeting.
• Clean guest rooms to standards within time frames.
• Change bed linens and towels, replenish amenities.
• Clean and polish furniture; dust surfaces.
• Notify management of needed repairs.
• Process items left in rooms per policy.
• Follow MSDS and OSHA safety rules.
• Support lobby/housekeeping duties during peak times.
• Aim to improve guest satisfaction scores.
