The Maybourne Beverly Hills is seeking a General Manager for the Terrace Restaurant & The Café to oversee daily restaurant operations, lead a team of leaders, manage inventory and costs, and ensure adherence to company policies. This role requires strong leadership, operations knowledge, and a focus on guest satisfaction.

Applicants should have 2-3 years of GM experience in hospitality, with a track record in front-of-house success, high standards, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• 2-3 years minimum as Restaurant General Manager.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations (front and back of house).
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Proficiency in restaurant management software and POS systems (Micros Symphony).
• Knowledge of Evention tip distribution system.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and licensing requirements.
• Leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in front-of-the-house operations and/or assistant management (3+ years).
• Basic math skills to handle money and POS.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant and cafe.
• Lead and mentor a team of leaders within the F&B division.
• Manage inventory, costs of goods, and budgeting.
• Improve revenue, sales, and profitability.
• Collaborate with marketing to plan promotions.
• Maintain online presence and guest satisfaction.
