Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive related work experience in an upper upscale and/or luxury hotel environment.
• Experience as Director of Rooms or Director of Food & Beverage required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; flexible for a 24-hour operation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a hotel operations strategy aligned with the company and brand; lead in its execution.
• Develop the hotel operational budget and monitor financial performance to meet goals.
• Recruit and select talented leaders; foster an inclusive culture across the team.
• Monitor guest feedback and performance data to optimize engagement and revenue.
