Job summary

Starwood Hotels is seeking a Director of Restaurants & Bars to provide strategic and operational leadership for all F&B operations across the property, including restaurants, bars, lounges, and in-room dining. You will drive guest experiences, financial performance, brand alignment, and team engagement while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and PR teams.

The role requires defining standards, leading multi-outlet operations, and managing a large F&B workforce in a luxury hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of Food & Beverage experience, with at least 2 years in senior leadership roles.
• Minimum 4 years in a luxury hotel or high-end hospitality environment in a similar capacity.
• Proven track record managing high-volume, multi-outlet Food & Beverage operations.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing large budgets and driving profitability.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring standards of quality, service excellence, and efficiency.
• Lead pre-opening, opening, ongoing operations, seasonal transitions, and closures of all F&B venues.
• Drive business growth by attracting external clientele, particularly within the luxury market.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and PR to develop promotional calendars and revenue initiatives.
• Oversee F&B budget, profitability, cost control, and inventory/purchasing procedures.
• Provide inspirational leadership to a large, diverse F&B leadership and operations team.
