You will maintain buildings, guestrooms, public areas, and grounds, perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and coordinate with departments to ensure safety and cleanliness.

This role requires a proactive craftsman with strong troubleshooting, safety compliance, and exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience in hospitality, commercial facilities, or similar.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on guestrooms, public spaces, mechanical systems, and equipment.
• Repair and maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, doors, lighting, and finishes.
• Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests with minimal disruption.
• Maintain safety and compliance with OSHA/Cal/OSHA standards.
• Maintain engineering tools, inventory, and order replacement parts.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Front Office, Food & Beverage, Spa, and other departments.
