Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, 3–6 months of related experience or training preferred.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 100 pounds.
• Good communication and team collaboration skills.
• Basic problem-solving and mechanical aptitude.
• Willingness to follow safety and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Inspect equipment and facilities for proper operation and schedule repairs as needed.
• Perform general maintenance on hotel guestrooms, elevators, and common areas.
• Assist with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and lighting tasks as required.
• Maintain records of repairs and maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and Front Desk to prioritize issues.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests to minimize guest disruption.
