Job summary

Hotel Viking, a member of the Davidson Hospitality Group, is seeking a Steward to maintain a clean, organized kitchen and support the culinary team. You will wash dishes, utensils, and equipment while helping with prep and plating as needed.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, able to multitask in a fast-paced setting, and capable of lifting 25+ pounds. Flexible hours including weekends and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Steward or in a similar role preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Support the culinary team by washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dishwashing area.
• Assist with food preparation and plating as needed.
• Ensure the proper handling and storage of food and supplies.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow.
