Job summary

The Highland Dallas, Curio Collection by Hilton is seeking a dedicated Steward to maintain a pristine kitchen and support the culinary team. You will wash dishes, utensils, and equipment, and help keep the dishwashing area clean and organized.

You'll assist with food prep, handle and store supplies properly, and follow food safety standards. In a fast-paced environment, you will collaborate with teammates, stay flexible with hours, and demonstrate attention to detail to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Steward or in a similar role preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to lift 25+ pounds and stand for long periods of time
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dishwashing area
• Assist with food preparation and plating as needed
