Job summary

Capital Vacations, LLC is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to uphold the highest cleaning standards for resort properties and unit interiors, ensuring safe, clean, and attractive accommodations with friendly service. You will lead housekeeping teams, manage schedules, and coach staff to maintain quality and efficiency.

The role requires at least two years of supervisory experience in housekeeping, strong leadership, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

Requires proven leadership abilities and strong organizational skills.
Must communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Flexibility to accommodate scheduling and operational needs.
High energy and a passion for housekeeping and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

Directs and performs housekeeping duties from cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, linen replacement to inventory management of housewares.
Establishes an employee work schedule and plans daily work assignments.
Trains and coaches employees in laundry and housekeeping.
Checks equipment to ensure it is in working order and safe condition.
Orders cleaning materials and maintains the budget.
Responds quickly to guest and department requests; inspects units daily.
Maintains storage area cleanliness and organization; enforces safety guidelines.
