You will oversee Supervisors, manage staffing, training, and performance, and collaborate with Front Office and other departments to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of progressive housekeeping leadership experience in a hotel environment.
• Luxury or upscale hotel experience preferred.
• Schedule flexibility to meet the demands of a 24‑hour hotel operation.

Responsibilities

• Leads, motivates, and develops the Housekeeping team and Supervisors.
• Manages recruitment, onboarding, and training of staff.
• Oversees scheduling, payroll, and staffing levels based on occupancy and labor targets.
• Conducts room inspections and ensures cleanliness standards across all spaces.
• Partners with Front Office and other departments for cohesive operations.
• Manages budget, inventory, and departmental expenses.
• Maintains records and reports on assignments, inspections, and actions.
• Acts as a leadership representative in meetings and events.
