Responsibilities

• Buff marble floors daily according to hotel standards.
• Shampoo carpets and furniture in public areas as required.
• Assist guests with luggage in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Handle Lost and Found items per hotel policy.
• Clean guestrooms and maintain equipment in good order.
• Follow emergency procedures and safety protocols.
• Support housekeeping manager with special projects.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction and cleanliness.
