Job summary

Highgate Hotels is seeking a Room Attendant for Royal Lahaina Resort in Lahaina, HI. Maintain clean guestrooms and deliver attentive, courteous service for guests in a beachfront resort setting.

Position requires flexible hours, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and standing for long shifts. Eligible for a $1500 sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package with health, vacation, and other perks.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent or experience in a hotel or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests in a friendly, courteous manner and provide attentive service.
• Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards.
• Prepare and restock housekeeping cart for next day use.
• Remove all trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and hallways.
• Keep hallways and public areas clean and vacuumed.
• Report missing items or maintenance issues to supervisor/manager.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
