Responsibilities

• Maintain service standards and comply with hotel policies and local laws.
• Answer phones, manage reservations and seating assignments, greet guests.
• Keep host stand and entrance organized; ensure menu cleanliness.
• Adhere to health, safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Know all food and beverage menu items and hotel offerings.
• Attend daily stand-up meetings and participate in team trainings.
• Support event operations and collaboration with restaurant staff.
