Qualifications

• High school diploma or secretarial training is required.
• Experience in sales, hospitality, or secretarial roles is preferred.
• Strong editing and grammar skills are essential for professional communications.

Responsibilities

• Assist sales managers by handling clerical and administrative tasks for guest and hotel communications.
• Prepare proposals, correspondence, and contracts as directed.
• Coordinate group and wedding business, follow up on signed contracts within 5 working days, and communicate with departments to exceed client expectations.
