Responsibilities

• Maintain guest focus while assisting with beverage requests and station coverage.
• Support servers by covering stations, assisting guests, and answering questions about the menu.
• Organize, clean, and maintain kitchen areas, beverage stations, side stations, and storage of supplies.
• Assist in setting and resetting tables quickly and properly according to department standards.
• Restock dishes, silverware, linen, and service items to ensure smooth operations.
