Highgate Hotels is opening The Huntington, a luxury property on Nob Hill in San Francisco, and seeks a seasoned Director of Finance. You will lead financial strategy, reporting, and internal controls to maximize asset value.

This role reports to senior leadership and interfaces with hotel operations, ownership groups, and external auditors. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in hospitality finance, a finance or accounting degree, and experience supervising a finance team in premium-brand

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Hospitality Finance/Accounting experience.
• Prior Controller or Director of Finance experience, preferably at a premium-branded hotel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage cash flow and prepare monthly financial statements for the property.
• Monitor revenues/expenses and ensure accurate recording per guidelines.
• Create annual budgets and conduct monthly variance analysis.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and internal controls across finance operations.
• Lead and develop the finance team, coaching and performance management.
• Coordinate audits with CPA firms and respond to auditor requests.
