Job summary

Highgate Hotels seeks a Director of Finance for The Huntington in San Francisco. Lead the property's finance function, manage cash flow, and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting with strong internal controls.

You will oversee budgeting, audits, and team development, partnering with leadership to maximize asset value in a premium-branded hotel defined by luxury and service excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Hospitality Finance or Accounting.
• Experience as Controller or Director of Finance in a premium-branded hotel.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to supervise 2+ employees.

Responsibilities

• Manage cash flow and monthly financial statements for the property.
• Monitor hotel revenues and expenses and ensure accurate recording.
• Create annual budgets and monthly variance analysis.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and support internal/external audits.
• Lead, develop, and mentor the finance team.
