Job summary

One Haus is seeking a Director of Restaurants to lead the luxury hotel's multi-outlet F&B operations, including restaurants, bars, lounges, and in-room dining. This senior role requires strategic oversight of financial performance, guest experiences, and team development.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in F&B with 2+ in leadership, a track record in high-end hospitality, and a strong focus on profitability and standards. Relocation is not available; local Austin candidates preferred.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive F&B experience, incl. 2+ years in senior leadership.
• Luxury hotel or high-end multi-outlet operations experience.
• Proven budgeting, P&L, forecasting, and cost control skills.
• Excellent communication and team development abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across all F&B outlets with exceptional service and efficiency.
• Provide hands-on leadership to restaurant, bar, lounge, and in-room dining teams.
• Maintain luxury service standards across all dining venues.
• Lead pre-opening activities, openings, seasonal transitions, and improvements.
• Collaborate with culinary leadership to ensure seamless FOH and BOH communication.
• Drive revenue growth and guest satisfaction through strategic initiatives.
