Fairmont Austin is seeking an Assistant Director of Bars & Restaurants to lead the Food & Beverage division and drive the vision and culture of the venues. You will guide dining experiences, develop teams, and ensure exceptional service across Fulton, Garrison, Room 725, Rules & Regs Bar and Pool Bar.

You will work with senior F&B leadership to deliver profitable operations, curate wine lists, manage inventories, and achieve budget targets while maintaining the brand’s reputation for excellence.

Qualificações

• Senior leadership experience in food & beverage is required.
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
• Ability to lead multiple venues and teams.
• Proficient with standard computer applications.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage day-to-day operations of Fulton, Garrison, Room 725, Rules & Regs Bar and Pool Bar.
• Drive innovative beverage promotions, menus and concepts.
• Work with leaders to enhance wine lists and retail displays.
• Prepare budgets and control costs including labor and expenses.
• Ensure guest service standards and guest satisfaction.
