You will oversee culinary standards, drive menu innovation, manage costs, and mentor a senior culinary team across multiple concepts, including openings and ongoing operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior culinary leadership role in upscale or fine dining restaurants.
• Strong background in multi-unit culinary management across concepts.
• Extensive knowledge of French culinary techniques and cuisine.

Responsibilities

• Oversee culinary standards and daily kitchen operations across multiple concepts.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute the culinary vision.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and guest experience.
• Provide hands-on culinary support, including working the line when needed.
• Establish standardized recipes, procedures, and cost controls.
• Lead recipe costing and inventory management across locations.
