Job summary

The Burks Companies, Inc. (TBC) is seeking a full-time Assistant Project Manager - Executive Housekeeper to join a dynamic hotel operations team in North Carolina.

The role combines supervision of housekeeping staff with hands-on leadership to maintain pristine guest rooms and public areas in a luxury setting. Ideal candidates will have 1–2 years of post-high school education and prior experience in housekeeping management, plus strong communication skills and computer literacy.

Qualifications

• One to two years of post-high school education is preferred.
• Previous work experience as an Assistant or Executive Housekeeping Manager or similar role.
• Working knowledge of computers.
• Good command of English; bilingual is a plus.
• Professional image and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure rooms and common areas are clean and presentable.
• Oversee team, assign duties, inspect work, and address complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment.
• Perform inventories to maintain proper par levels.
• Screen applicants, train new employees, and counsel/dismiss when necessary.
