Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain 24/7 operation of all building systems with zero guest-impacting downtime.
• Oversee HVAC systems to maintain precise temperature control.
• Ensure water quality standards in spa and pool areas.
• Oversee smart room technology, IoT devices, and CMMS workflows.
• Supervise a team of engineers across shifts and conduct weekly training.
