Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prioritize work orders for the engineering team.
• Support preventive maintenance programs and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and building systems.
• Train and mentor staff; monitor quality and completion of work.
• Inspect properties and equipment; communicate issues to leadership.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Front Office, F&B, Security and others to meet operational needs.
