Job summary

Hotel Yountville in Yountville, CA seeks a skilled maintenance engineer to efficiently operate and maintain central HVAC and related systems within a luxury boutique setting. You will repair food production and kitchen equipment, laundry, ice machines, refrigeration, boilers, plumbing and electrical and gas distribution, and you will troubleshoot issues quickly while following safety protocols.

Ideal candidates have hotel engineering experience, vocational training or an associate degree,

Qualifications

Previous hotel engineering experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and kitchen systems.
Vocational training or associate degree; applicable licensure if required.
Ability to read blueprints and schematic drawings.
Excellent verbal and written communication; strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

Operate central HVAC and mechanical equipment using procedures.
Repair and maintain food production and related kitchen equipment, laundry equipment, ice machines, refrigeration, boilers, plumbing and electrical and gas distribution systems.
Troubleshoot electrical and pneumatic problems.
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance.
