You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, read blueprints, and ensure safety and reliability to support a memorable guest experience at this wine country retreat.

Qualifications

• HVAC, electrical, plumbing, kitchen and building systems maintenance required.
• Read and understand blueprints, schematic drawings, technical parts breakdown.

Responsabilités

• Operate and maintain central HVAC and mechanical equipment using safe practices.
• Repair and maintain kitchen, laundry, refrigeration, boilers, and distribution systems.
