Job summary

The Maybourne Beverly Hills Hotel is hiring an Engineering Operations Manager to lead the Engineering Department’s daily activities, manage capital expenditures, assets and inventory, and supervise maintenance across the property to sustain luxury standards within budget.

You will direct projects and construction scheduling, coordinate with vendors, manage payroll and reporting, and uphold high guest service standards while maintaining confidentiality and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years supervisory or manager experience in hotel and/or Maintenance/Engineering.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Must read/write and speak English; experience with Birchstreet is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Capital Expenditures, assets and inventory for the Engineering Department.
• Direct routine, preventive and emergency maintenance to hotel standards within budget.
• Coordinate purchasing, vendor bids and paperwork for repairs and projects.
• Plan and track project and construction scheduling with leadership.
• Maintain records, reports and confidentiality; ensure guest service quality.
