The Maybourne Beverly Hills invites applications for an Engineering Manager responsible for the hotel's preventive maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of facilities. You will be the primary liaison with hotel operations and duty engineers, guiding the team and managing assets and inventory within budget.

This role requires extensive knowledge of electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems, strong leadership and communication, and a commitment to safety and guest service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or diploma in mechanical, electrical, or civil engineering.
• Minimum 5 years maintenance experience and 3 years supervisory experience.
• Advanced knowledge of facility management/engineering.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Commitment to delivering high level of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventative maintenance program for the hotel and building operations.
• Serve as primary liaison with hotel operations and duty engineers.
• Manage engineering team, assets, and inventory within budget.
• Direct routine, preventive, and emergency maintenance and repairs.
• Ensure safety, quality, and guest service standards.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory.
