Job summary

White Lodging Services, Inc. is recruiting for a Maintenance Supervisor to lead and manage hotel operation and maintenance at our Austin properties. You will support engineering leadership to uphold maintenance and guest service standards across the portfolio.

The role requires diagnosing defects, troubleshooting issues, and training hourly maintenance staff, with additional duties as needed. Remote work is not applicable; the position is based on-site in Austin, TX.

Qualifications

• A positive attitude and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to change.
• Attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to read and use blueprints, diagrams, operations manuals and manufacturer's specifications preferred.
• Experience in hospitality engineering or facility management required.

Responsibilities

• The Maintenance Supervisor will assist with maintaining, leading, and managing the operation and maintenance of the hotel.
• Support the Engineering leaders with ensuring the hotel's maintenance and upkeep standards meet White Lodging, Brand, and Guest standards
• Determine defects, troubleshoot malfunctions, and take necessary corrective action of maintenance issues
• Assist with training hourly maintenance associates
• Additional reasonable duties as required.
