Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco is seeking a Bell Attendant. You will greet guests, assist with luggage, and provide a hotel orientation as part of the Guest Services Team.

The role requires standing for long periods, lifting 50–100 lbs, and delivering high-quality service with a welcoming demeanor. We offer a competitive hourly rate and comprehensive benefits, with a schedule that includes days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English; excellent communication skills.
• Must have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills with a warm welcoming smile and positive attitude.
• Minimum of 1+ year bell/guest services experience in a hotel environment.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask with high attention to detail.
• Must work a flexible schedule including days, nights, overnights, weekends and holidays.
• Physically able to stand 8 hours, lift/push 50–100 lbs; High school education or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greets all guests passing through lobby and offers assistance.
• Delivers luggage to room at check-in and handles luggage for departure; transports to storage or Front Drive.
• Assists guests with hotel services, hours of operation, events, directions, etc.
• May run errands for guests or hotel requiring local travel.
• Maintains hospitality standards and cooperates with colleagues and supervisors.
