Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years bartending in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, beer, and spirits.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador for PUBLIC and uphold values.
• Greet guests with friendly, professional service.
• Prepare and serve beverages per recipes and standards.
• Maintain knowledge of menu offerings and upsell where appropriate.
• Ensure bar is stocked, organized, and clean at all times.
• Monitor guest consumption and follow responsible service standards.
• Process transactions accurately using POS and cash handling procedures.
• Perform opening/closing duties and inventory checks.
• Collaborate with team and provide support as needed.
