Job summary

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, Hotel Management or a related field.
• 2–3 years of supervisory experience in Front Office or luxury resort operations.
• Experience with Forbes Five-Star or LQA standards is preferred.
• Advanced English proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the Host Team to deliver consistent luxury service.
• Coordinate daily arrivals, departures and VIP services.
• Ensure adherence to Forbes Travel Guide, LQA and brand standards.
• Schedule staff and manage staffing levels according to occupancy.
• Respond to guest requests and service recoveries with discretion.
