About the Job

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a key leadership role in ensuring that every dining experience reflects the highest standards of luxury hospitality. You are responsible for overseeing the daily restaurant operation, driving excellence in service delivery, and ensuring full compliance with Forbes LQA standards, Palmilla standards, and FSMS protocols.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise the daily restaurant operation, ensuring exceptional standards in service, safety, cleanliness, and presentation.
  • Ensure strict compliance with Forbes LQA, corporate standards, Palmillastandards, and FSMS protocols.
  • Train, mentor, and continuously develop team members to uphold luxury service standards and food safety compliance.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and excellence through daily coaching and performance follow-up.
  • Prepare staff schedules, manage payroll controls, and coordinate vacation planning.
  • Monitor staffing guidelines and control labor costs effectively.
  • Deliver and ensure personalized, anticipatory service, resolving guest concerns with professionalism, empathy, and urgency.
  • Oversee the accurate use of operational systems (Alice, Micros, 7Rooms or similar) for service tracking, billing, and communication.
  • Review and approve adjustments, charges, or service recoveries related to restaurant consumption.
  • Monitor daily via rivals and group information to anticipate special requests, preferences, and amenities.
  • Supervise inventories, requisitions, and supply control, ensuring proper storage, availability, and hygienic handling.
  • Oversee maintenance and proper sanitization of furniture, service equipment, beverage stations, and operational tools.
  • Actively participate in operational meetings, ensuring clear communication and alignment across departments.
  • Support other outlets and special events as required.
Qualifications & Requirements
